Certain UK postcodes, to which are of the following areas, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands/Islands, BFPO, and the Channel Islands are deemed as restrictive postcodes, this meaning dangerous goods like aerosols will likely be cancelled, and orders for heavier items 15kg+ will be restructured into more then one shipment.

We do run a fully live stock system so some items maybe showing in stock when are not, we do our best to update the system but this is a manual task. We sometimes also swap items for similar items if we cannot obtain the correct ordered item within a reasonable time frame, some orders maybe on back order so please wait for confirmation from the carrier directly with a delivery date, if you did not get an email or text, your order maybe on back order or held in the back log.
Certain product lines we do not hold in stock and are imported at the time of order, Trovet is one of these brands, hence we give a 5-7 working day turn around. We recommend all orders for this brand are placed on a Tuesday, as this enables us to offer a quicker delivery estimate of around 3 working days.
Our Barnabys product range is shipped via a third party and is usually handled by DPD on a free next day service, again this cannot be guaranteed and can take a few days to be processed.
Generally items 15kg and below are posted via Royal Mail 48 tracked, with the heavier items 15kg and above being posted via DX next day secure service.
When you get a tracking number it does not mean the item is 'dispatched' and has left us, it just means the item has been allocated a carrier with the tracking ID.
Any other policy points will be applied in the main Terms Of Service.
